The TFMASA selection process is competitive and aims to identify outstanding candidates with strong academic backgrounds, high motivation, and the potential to succeed in an international and multidisciplinary environment. As places are limited, meeting the application deadlines and following the submission requirements carefully are essential.

Student Application Call
Upon review and evaluation of your application by the selection committee, selected students will be contacted for an interview mid-February.
Final results of the selection will be published in March.

2027–2029 Campaign — Key Dates
Next application call for 2027-2029 cohort (EMJM scholarships & Self-funded):
- Open: 1st September 2026, at 08:00 (CEST)
- Close: 1st December 2026, at 10:00 (CET)
All applications should be submitted through our online system and meet the given deadline(s). Paper applications or applications sent by electronic mail will not be taken into account. Any application submitted after those dates will be automatically rejected.
The TFMASA Selection is a fair competitive process. Due to the limited places available and the high number of applications, the Selection Committee has to be very selective. However, in case of non-selection and if you have grounds to believe that your application file, although complete, has not been processed through the selection procedure, you may ask for further details by writing directly to the TFMASA Helpdesk Office: [email protected]
Candidates with special needs
Candidates with special needs, i.e. who have serious health conditions and/or physical disabilities that should be taken into account, are invited to contact the TFMASA Office.
They should notify their needs so the TFMASA Consortium can adapt welcome facilities and teaching material in case their application is successful.
